As a studio artist, I prefer to have personal contact with each client. To that end I enter into a design dialogue with you to determine your needs and understand the nature of the space in which the vesture will be used. If possible, a site visit is arranged. If distance does not allow for that, pictures of the worship space can be very helpful.
On the basis of this information, a sketch or sketches will be prepared and submitted in the form of a proposal indicating cost. Whenever possible, fabric samples will be provided. A signed proposal is returned along with a modest down payment and work begins according to the agreed upon schedule. After work has begun, this downpayment is non refundable.
The dialogue will continue through email with the help of digital images. You are also welcome to visit the studio to discuss designs and fabric.
